XFM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. operates as XM Canada through its subsidiary, XFM Satellite Radio Inc. CSR is seeking to become the market leader in providing subscription-based satellite radio entertainment to the XFM market. On June 16, 2005, the CRTC approved the application of CSR Inc. for a six-year broadcasting licence to offer satellite radio services across Canada. CSR creates unique content to be broadcast in Canada and the United States through XM Canada.

XFM Satellite Radio Inc., headed by Toronto businessman John Bitove, in partnership with XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. CSR is planning to offer 101 channels, four of which will be produced in Canada. The XFM channels will include an English music channel, a French music channel, a comedy channel and a talk/information channel. The cost will be $12.99 per month.

When the foul-mouthed shock jock begins broadcasting on Sirius Satellite Radio in January, the radio signals will not connect with listeners in the Great White North on Sirius Canadian Satellite Radio.
